These Terms govern Orivox’s public website, SDK distribution, documentation, APIs, and related developer services. A separately executed agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Acceptance

By accessing the Orivox website, documentation, SDK, APIs, or related services, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws. If you act for an organization, you represent that you may bind it.

Services

Orivox provides game infrastructure for LiveOps, progression, commerce, engine configuration, Solana assets, x402 payments, and related operations. Features may change as the product evolves.

Credentials

You are responsible for all credentials and connected systems. Private Orivox API keys, payment secrets, webhook secrets, and signing keys must never be embedded in a game client or browser.

SDK license

Use of @orivox/sdk is also governed by its MIT license and applicable dependency licenses. These Terms do not override open-source licenses.

Acceptable use

You may not violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass controls, interfere with service integrity, extract credentials, abuse payment systems, or facilitate fraudulent transactions.

Developer responsibility

You remain responsible for authentication, authorization, server-owned prices, game rules, player data, moderation, replay protection, idempotency, transaction verification, and safe client/server boundaries.

Data and providers

Do not submit data you are not authorized to process. External network, payment, Solana, and infrastructure providers remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

Orivox and its licensors retain rights in the product identity, website, documentation, and proprietary services except for rights explicitly granted under an SDK license or written agreement.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orivox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunity.

Changes

We may revise these Terms for product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date shown here will be updated when revisions are published.
